Annabel Hurst, Head of Catering, Conferences and Events at Cardiff University, will sit on the TUCO Board alongside other industry experts to help support TUCO and its member organisations over the coming years.

With extensive experience in the hotel, restaurant, and university sectors, she brings a creative and strategic approach to sustainability and operational improvement. Passionate about enhancing guest experiences and driving efficiency, Annabel is committed to delivering high-quality services while fostering innovation and sustainability in the industry.
